Is this really what I wanted to do?
I started off trying to become a fighter pilot, then an athlete, then the class topper, then a musician, then an engineer, then a manager, then a CEO… at any given point in life you want to do a bunch of things. As time goes by, you focus more on things that make sense, things that happen more often and give you relatively more success... basically the theory of best choice.
"Citius, Altius, Fortius" (meaning faster, higher, stronger). Life is an unending Olympics!

I read somewhere today that blogs are nothing but mundane personal stories... but that is it.. it is MY BLOG!!! I control it.. and it better be my own views and thoughts. It is not a public news site... Anyhow.
At times I wonder why I let go of the love of my life. Yes, it still hurts. I am not sure if I will regret this forever, but I have a feeling it'll be there for some time.
Never easy to let go. I wonder if it made me better? Or stronger? Ummm, may be... but at what cost?
What is the Cost Of Love?

Movie review of a bollywood film (The Hero ) in the New York Times.
Man.. the part I cant believe is in the end...
" Has Reshma died? Or, believing Arun dead, is she going to turn up, paralyzed but under treatment in Canada, where he is tracking a powerful industrialist with ties to the terrorists and with a beautiful, nubile daughter who rehabilitates paralytics? And if Arun plans to marry this woman to further his investigation, what if Reshma should turn up on his wedding day as her bridesmaid?
Finding the answers to these questions maintains the multiple pleasures of "The Hero" right to the very end.
Dude,
1) This is on the back of the DVD!!! You dont need to be a film critic to figure this out.
2) Every Bollywood movie (500 /year) asks the very same questions.
Will you survive those movies? Will the truth dawn on you? Will you still continue reviewing bollywood movies? And what if some beautiful nubile bollywood babe turns up on your wedding day as your bridesmaid?!
Finding answers to these questions will maintain the pleasures of following 'the critic' (you!!) for another year.
Good luck.

IIT on CBS 60 minutes... got this video clip here
We believe in the concept of absoluteness. If one is good, he is absolutely good.
Why train someone who can only be 80% good?!
Hence we suffer ... 1 Bn people, not many role models.

Does google now have an obligation to provide socially acceptable results?!
Or should they continue to provide free and as-is content from any source they deem 'popular' ?

Hostel three, at IITB.
The Perfect Employee?
1 Bob Smith, my assistant programmer, can always be found
2 hard at work at his desk. He works independently, without
3 wasting company time talking to colleagues. Bob never
4 thinks twice about assisting fellow employees, and always
5 finishes given assignments on time. Often he takes extended
6 measures to complete his work, sometimes skipping coffee
7 breaks. Bob is a dedicated individual who has absolutely no
8 vanity in spite of his high accomplishments and profound
9 knowledge in his field. I firmly believe that Bob can be
10 classed as an asset employee, the type which cannot be
11 dispensed with. Consequently, I recommend that Bob be
12 promoted to executive management, and a proposal will be
13 executed as soon as possible.
Addendum:
That idiot was standing over my shoulder while I wrote the report sent to
you earlier today. Kindly re-read only the odd numbered lines.
